Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

All items will be posted within 2-6 working days of payment clearance. If this is not the case, you will be notified promptly by email.
The item will be carefully packaged and ship using express post or a registered service which requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel.
All items are shipped persuant to a shipping contract. This means that risk of title and loss passes to you upon our successful delivery to our carrier. Buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance, if available.
Shipping time is usually 5-10 business days to Australia.
Shipping cost within Australia is $10.00 for each item.

Returns:

All items purchased from Erik Guitars are made pursuant to a shipment contract. If goods received are not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery but this hardly ever happens.
Do not open any packaging or use as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns.
If there are any doubts/queries, please clarify before bidding/purchasing. Once an item is purchased, it is a legally binding contract and both parties are obliged to follow through as agreed.
